Terrible terrible terrible prenatal care. I am currently 9 months pregnant, and ever since the 9 weeks of pregnancy my pregnancy has been a headache because of this corporation, BOTH SUMMERLIN AND DOWNTOWN LOCATIONS. They cancel your appointments with the excuse the doctor is not in, and they can’t get a doctor to see you until after 2 weeks that they have something available, just to go and cancel again. They don’t have ultrasound machines or radiologists to check on your baby, everything has to go through a third party- usually Radiology Regional, but their staff is so incompetent that they can’t even send an ultrasound order correctly. I have been waiting since week 28 for the order to be sent, by week 31, Radiology Regional was supposed to receive it, they never did because the doctor never signed it. Two weeks after, they supposedly sent it, comes the day of my ultrasound APPT, and it gets cancelled because they sent the wrong order from five months prior!!! This is unacceptable. You have to make more than 8 calls a week to get them to do their job, just for them to tell you they can’t help you. They expect you to do their job. The Spanish Woman (La Lisa?)...at Ft Myers phone reception is a WINNER and PERFECT to get things directed. One person. Everything done. ALL Data updated. Addresses all confined fast. Wonderful to use a Human! This Young Lady? Different. Capable. Navigated Her computer like the designer using Her brain and experience. She turned 5 future time consuming button-pushing automated computer AI phone calls that would have been days of back and forth communications and verification processes onto... Heck. She did 5 different departments into 1 call. Did it all Herself. Wham! Wow. That's the power of talking with a human. Very easy to understand and patient with me while I needed help while conversing in pain empathetically but intelligently. Family health should be proud to have her. Give Her a RAISE for perfection. My children switched over to FHC from a privet doctors and I cannot express enough how great it is. They give quality care at a fair price. I love that peace can be filled in the same building. Due to the size of the office I am usually always able to get a last minute appointment. Every doctor they have seen on the pediatric side and the adult medicine side have been attentive listened to them.

This place is a joke half the time. I started using them once I found out they took my kids insurance. Every time I turned around seems to be an issues. I took my son last week to his dental appointment and then I had got to thinking I should’ve brought my daughter before I had brought him and I knew I had an appointment set up while whenever I was there I asked them about it and come to find out The dental hygienist that she was using is no longer there so instead of them, calling me to let me know to move her appointment to another dental hygienist they just decided not to contact me. So I also asked him if my mother was able to take my kids because I do remember filling out a form I was told yes that she was on So therefore, I had her take my daughter today to get her teeth checked they get there and then I am told that I have to be there. My mother can’t because she’s not on the forms after I was told that she was the crazy thing is I had called to ask about her taking them due to? I had surgery if I would’ve known that this was going to happen. I wouldn’t even bothered asking her, they also decided to tell me today after my mom was there that my daughter paperwork had expired
